Description
Spex Stylo Head Support for Wheelchairs
Spex Stylo is an advanced and flexible head support designed for precise positioning of the head and neck in the wheelchair. The system is developed to combine simple adjustment with a high degree of adaptability, enabling therapists to create optimal support for each individual user.
The head support uses an innovative system with ball joints and adjustable links, allowing the head pad to be positioned in a wide range of angles and orientations. This makes it possible to place the support exactly where the user needs stabilization and comfort.
The Stylo system also offers an extensive adjustment range. On the Stylo 160 model, the head support can be adjusted up to 160 mm forward, making it suitable for users with increased thoracic or lumbar curvature, where the head support needs to be positioned further away from the backrest.
The construction is made from strong aluminium components, ensuring stable positioning without rotation or unwanted movement. At the same time, the entire system can be adjusted using just one tool, making adjustments quick and easy in clinical practice.
Spex Stylo is also available with a flip-back function, allowing easier transfers to and from the wheelchair.
