Bariatric Alternating Pressure Mattress<\/h2>\n

Bariatric Alternating Pressure Mattress is for users up to 270 kg with a history of pressure sores, with the risk of developing new pressure sores or with existing pressure sores up to grade 4.<\/p>\n

Construction<\/h5>\n

Bariatric Alternating Pressure Mattress is controlled by a microprocessor run pump which works in an A-B cycle. The cycle time is adjustable to 10, 15, 20, 25 minutes. This way, the mattress creates movement under the user. Combined with a cell height of 21 cm it is possible to both relieve and distribute the load.<\/p>\n

The mattress holds different functions such as \u201cfirm\u201d. Activating \u201cfirm\u201d makes the mattress evenly hard for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes it returns to alternating. This function is of great importance for the caregiver, because it makes it much easier to either facilitate transfer, training or help in nursing situations.<\/p>\n

The pump is almost silent due to the microprocessor run pump. It also holds an alarm function for power supply, malfunction and in case of air loss \u2013 the alarm is both visual and audible.<\/p>\n
